Heath has been married to his wife, Jill since 2003 and they have 3 crazy sons (Braeden, Carter, and Rylan). Their family lives in Peoria, AZ and is immensely grateful to not live in the snow! He operates as the Creative Strategist for the Experience Conference (currently the largest conference for Worship Leaders & Teams in the nation) with a great staff team.

He has worked in team ministry for over 20 years as a Co-Lead Pastor, Creative Arts Pastor, Communications & Marketing, and Worship Pastor, leading teams in creating innovative direction and environments for growth. He also leads the company, Maven Media Productions (the parent company for media entities, HEATHROWE Studios, MS Records and RoBot Pro) that operates in small business consulting, music production, and strategic marketing/branding.
